Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and fh99 ("fh99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at fh99.io ("the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or accessing any content or feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

fh99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

To access the full range of fh99 services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification messages.

You agree to:

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fh99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fh99 does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion service is offered.

Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. fh99 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to users.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your fh99 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
• fh99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which fh99 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

• fh99 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits at its reasonable discretion, particularly in cases where unusual account activity has been identified.

Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first contacting fh99 support constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Betting & Gaming Rules

fh99 offers sports betting (including cricket — BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), live casino games (including roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and game shows), and slot titles. Each product category is governed by specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the Platform.

General betting and gaming rules applicable across all fh99 products include:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except in circumstances where fh99 determines that a manifest error occurred in the display of odds or game information.

• fh99 will not award a bonus to an account that has been flagged for suspicious activity or that is under review.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fh99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from fh99.
